Director/Senior Occupational Therapist

Kirralee Randle

Kirralee, director of Waratah Occupational Therapy graduated from Central Queensland University in Bundaberg with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Kirralee has also completed additional education to provide clients with complex home modifications. 


During her career as an Occupational Therapist, she has worked within the community allied health setting with clients under NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA. Kirralee has also spent some time working in the local hospital completing short term rehabilitation and discharge planning. 


Kirralee has a passion in complex home modifications, complex assistive technology, and rehabilitation. 


In her spare time, you will find Kirralee at Pilates, fishing, camping ospending time with family and friends.  

Senior Occupational Therapist

Tamika McLean

Tamika completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Bundaberg Central Queensland University. 


Tamika loves working as a paediatric occupational therapist as it combines creativity, problem-solving, and compassion - no two days are ever the same. Tamika also services adult clients completing assessments through the NDIS. She has special interests in ASD, ASD, Intellectual Impairments, and mental health.

 

Outside of work, you'll usually find her doing something creative, hanging out with her dog Flynn, or spending time with family and friends. 


Occupational Therapist

Sophie Crow

Sophie graduated from Central Queensland University in Bundaberg with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Sophie has also completed additional education to provide clients with complex home modifications. 


Sophie is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives, with a special interest in equipment prescription and home modifications.


Sophie works with NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA clients, supporting them to make a meaningful difference in everyday living.


Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sophie baking, listening to music, walking her dog Arlo, gardening, or spending time with family and friends.
